I would like to share my experience in OOTY travelled through CASA RETREAT PVT LTD. We had a great pleasure in OOTY served by HOTEL - SAGAR HOLIDAY RESORTS located in Ketty Valley. The service & hospitality was good & also the support & guide during Sight Seeing by the Hotel employees. Most of all we enjoyed a lot. We had wonderfaul days in Green Gates Hotel and the Hotel people were really friendly and well caring. Food was at its best, especially the deserts were very good. We cudn't avoid Gulab Jamoon's. Overall, It was a nice trip and we enjoyed it. -Mohan & Yamini

We had a nice experience in Sagar Resorts , Ooty. The hotel was nice and the surroundings were great. We really enjoyed the accommodation. The only complain that I have is that, you do not have Hotel availability during vacation time. So whenever we have a long weekend and we make a holiday plan, you always say that the reservations are full. Vista Do Rio Resort is a awesome resort. Swimming Pool, Travel desk, Reception and
Rooms are all crossed our expectations. Only suggestion, Resort can improve on food. we visited Spice plantation which is a forever memorable event for our family. Fort Aquada Beach, temples and churches gave us good experiences. -Venkat

Stayed for 3 nights & 4 days in the resort
Resort is Very Good and Comfortable
Restaurant is very Good

In general, we are very much thankful to the organisers for providing us the Best Facility in all the 3 places.  

Our trip to Munnar was excellent, I thank VCC for their advice regarding our destination as well our stay with Chancellor Resort. We are glad to take the right decision with the help of  the VCC representative.

We drove to Munnar in our own vehicle and could feel the nature very close to us, in other words I could say, it was HEAVEN ON EARTH, it is very difficult to put it in words because I'm speechless.

At the resort the accommodation was very good and service was appreciable we had no problem. There was lots of fun activities at the resort itself, my kids had a lot of fun.

Over all our stay was very good and it was a lovely place to distress as well.  Thank you VCC.  - Avneet Anand
